Our room was brand-new and comfy, available with a jacuzzi and the smallest "queen " bed, as example. The staff were very good.

Quick check in and efficient check out. The rooms brand-new and wonderful with a jacuzzi as well as the smallest "queen " bed. Marvellous and ideal location with free parking and near to Harley Davidson factory and a quiet area and park and fly.

Superbly friendly staff, largeroom with the smallest `` queen '' bed and a jacuzzi tub, as for instance. Location just off airport from there, the zoo or Worlds of Fun and the nearest steak house.

The breakfast was outstanding! The lady in charge of the area worked extra hard to make sure everything was fresh and hot. Always with a smile. Made up for the grouch at the front desk. I left a phone charger there and was told after I left they had found it. They couldn't put their hands on it, but knew it was there somewhere. During the evening, another guest was given a card and opened the door, but the latch caught and prevented them from getting all the way in.

proximity to the airport was important and good. rooms so far are ok. fitness room there - but see below, breakfast so far reasonable and sufficient.
The friendliness at the reception was depending on the staff-so not continuously friendly. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The room was very bright. The fitness room was small, only three machines that were still outdated.

The hotel is in a marvelous location in Kansas City, just off the airport, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, with a free tram. They serve cereal, cookies, eggs, and hot waffles in the morning. Quick check-in and efficient check-out. There's parking nearby. Nice pool to relax in. it was a great 5-night stay.

Conveniently located for airport and attractions nearby. Clean rooms with comfortable pillows. Impressive breakfast with attentive staff. Front desk could improve with better staffing. Shuttle driver doubling as front desk not ideal.
